Bajirao Mastani 17th Day Collection – BM 3rd Sunday/Weekend Box Office and Occupancy Report: BajiraoMastani, one of the last movie which was released in a recently ended year is still continuing its magic on the boxoffice even after 17 days of its release.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Bajirao Mastani is rated as one of his best work till date and has impressed the audience, especially cinematic plot lovers.
Filled with superstars, with the likes of Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, and Ranveer Singh, BM has showed its magic on the box office and ended up winning the heart of all the critics. Despite facing a huge competition from Shahrukh Khan’s Dilwale, BajiraoMastani has a step ahead when it comes to boxoffice collections.

The movie got more success due to the word of mouth spread instead of star promotion. However, in the promotional phase, the film faced lots of protest from different parts of the country. The primary reason behind the protest was the 2 songs of the movie, Pinga, and Malhari.
It was claimed that the movie will fade away under the star lights of Dilwale, which released the same day as of Dilwale which is packed with superstars like Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. But the old idiom, Slow and Steady Wins the Race turned true for the flick and after 17 days of release, Bajirao Mastani box office collection is more than the collection of Dilwale.
The film released in more than 6000 screens and collected more than Rs. 120.5 crores after 10 days. The movie maintained its stable collection during weekdays as well and got the good advantage of the holiday season.
The movie witnessed good occupancy report on the 17th day as the day was Sunday and no major release was seen in a recently concluded week.
The film collected Rs. 6.8 crores (exact figures to be updated soon) on the 17th day on boxoffice. The film has also done really well in overseas.
